Shipping Policy
Once your payment method is accepted and approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).
- Standard Shipping: Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, arriving within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country's shipping processes.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
Lost Shipments
If you experience any discrepancies in tracking information or believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will promptly initiate a trace with USPS or UPS and request an investigation. If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
For international shipments, please be aware that customs clearance processes vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, fees, permits, or special documentation required by their country’s customs authorities. An invoice will be included with all shipments, and no additional documents will be provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
Lady Lux does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us via phone, email, or our website.
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, including all tags, bags, and the original receipt.
- Any products that have been custom-colored/dyed (by request or by the customer/stylist) are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product or receive store credit within 7 days, provided the product remains unaltered and unused (i.e., not combed, brushed, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached, or colored).
- All exchanges are subject to Lady Lux management approval.
- If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.
